We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, eligible items may be returned for a refund or exchange within the time frames below. This policy applies to U.S. orders only.
2) Return Window & Eligibility
30-Day Window: Request a return within 30 days of delivery (per the carrier’s delivery date).
Condition: Items must be new, unused, unwashed, and unworn, with all original tags, packaging, cases, cloths, and inserts included.
Sunglasses-specific: Lenses must be scratch-free; any protective films, stickers, or seals must remain intact. Returns with wear, adjustments, or scratches will be declined.
Proof of Purchase: An order number or receipt is required.
Non-returnable items:
Items marked Final Sale at checkout
Gift cards/store credit
Free gifts or promotional items
Health/hygiene-sensitive apparel (e.g., underwear, bodysuits, swimwear, earrings) if/when offered, unless unopened in original sealed packaging
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
We’ll reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions.
Ship the item back using a trackable method and pack securely to prevent transit damage.
Do not send returns without an RMA; unauthorized returns may be delayed or denied.
4) Who Pays Return Shipping?
Change of mind / wrong size / not as expected: Customer pays return shipping.
Defective, damaged on arrival, or wrong item sent: We cover return shipping (prepaid label provided once approved).
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error.
5) Refund Method & Timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method (or store credit if you choose).
Once the return is delivered to our facility, please allow 3–5 business days for inspection and 5–10 business days for your bank to post the refund.
If items are returned not in original condition, a partial refund or denial may apply.
6) Exchanges
The fastest way to get a new style/size is to place a new order and return the original for a refund.
If inventory allows, we can process a direct exchange after your return is received—email us to check availability.
7) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include photos or a brief video showing the issue.
After assessment, we’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, and provide a prepaid return label if needed.
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
8) Cancellations & Address Changes
Orders can be canceled or edited before fulfillment only. Once shipped, please use the standard return process.
We ship to the address provided at checkout; we’re not responsible for delivery issues due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
9) Undeliverable, Refused, or Unclaimed Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable or refused, we’ll refund the item price minus outbound shipping once it’s received and inspected.
10) Gifts
For items marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, eligible returns can be issued as store credit to you. Otherwise, refunds go to the original purchaser.
11) Warranty & Wear
Our products are intended for everyday fashion use. We do not offer a lifetime warranty. Scratches, lens wear, accidental damage, or modifications are not defects.
12) How to Pack Your Return (Sunglasses)
Include the hard/soft case, cleaning cloth, and any inserts.
Use a sturdy box and internal padding. Returns damaged in transit due to poor packaging may be ineligible.
13) Policy Updates
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always appear on this page with the “Last updated” date.
